Mindset Olympics empowers young ladies to build self-esteem and gain emotional control through a Christian lens. Our focus is on fostering a personal relationship with God by encouraging creativity, self-expression and personal testament through poetry, writing, social media, in a non judgemental environment, etc. We provide coaching and personal testimony that inspire participants to reflect and grow through the stages in their faith. Join us as we provide Christian organizations with engaging courses, group activities, and reflective questions in a supportive and transformative group setting.
